My particular area of passion is working with couples (of all kinds, be they married, cohabiting, same-sex, engaged, etc.) because it is through the relationships we have with others that the most stress, and most joy, can occur.

My goal is to help demystify what counseling is and help make your individual life, or relationship one with more wholeness. I believe that no matter what problems you may face, they are addressable in counseling. The ultimate goal of counseling is to come away feeling more confident, secure and able to handle the problem you came in for, or any problems that may come down the road.
